Stephen Palmer is KGaps’ writing/message guru. He spent more than two years as a successful freelance writer, crafting hundreds of marketing messages, ghostwriting five books, and providing copywriting for dozens of websites.
Freelance writing became frustrating for him, however, because he had little control over how well his written messages were executed as part of holistic strategies. He wanted to offer clients much more than writing — he wanted to help them create engaged communities through their written communications.
