Methodology
Our proprietary methodology, the M.E.S.S. Method™, is a comprehensive and holistic way to evaluate your business to implement dynamic, exponential improvements.
It considers every piece of your business and marketing efforts within the context of the whole picture.
Our goal is to help you create a viable hub. A hub is the culmination of all new business and marketing strategies initiated by the Information Age. It is an engaged community of loyal customers.
Utilizing social media tools, a hub is characterized by communication and interactivity between you and your customers, customer to customer, and customer to outsider.
The M.E.S.S. Method™ helps you to create order, synergy, and productivity from what may currently be a literal mess. It’s a process of communications, marketing, and client fulfillment. The acronym stands for the following four main components:
- Message. How well do you tell your story? What is the main message that is being relayed? How is it being perceived in the marketplace? How easy is it to find? How much content are you providing? Does it create real value?
- Engagement. How well is your network connected to you? Are they engaged, or disconnected? How can you get them more engaged? How do you communicate with your database? How could you do it better? Do customers have a platform to engage with each other? With you? With outsiders?
- Strategy. Do you have a cohesive strategy moving forward? Are there clear, quantifiable goals along with measurement systems and standards to ensure accountability? Are the parts connected to the whole? Are you making a smooth transition to Hub Mentality™?
- Systems. Do your systems ensure flawless execution? Are you capturing as many leads as possible? Do your leads convert to sales? Are you able to implement your strategy in an organized fashion, or is your business back-end chaotic?
For select groups, KGaps analyzes these components to transform your business into an organized, viable hub. From lead generation to database management, specific marketing strategies to content creation, social media to utilizing technology, we help you make the transition to Hub Mentality smooth and profitable.
