Partnership
This is our core model and where we can benefit you the most.
At this level, KGaps becomes your strategy, communication, marketing, and implementation team.
We partner at the hip to become invested in the success of your business, not simply a marketing group that you hire.
Think of it like a results-based, outsourced marketing department on steroids.
How It Works
1. Initial Strategy Session
The first place to start is to apply for a free consultation.
If we think we’re a good fit, we’ll give you a thorough M.E.S.S. analysis and our marketing recommendations.
We dig deep to find out everything we need to know about your business to create a winning strategy.
2. Results-Based Agreement
If you decide you want us to help you implement your marketing plan, we enter into an agreement to tie our compensation to your growth.
Since every business model is different, each of our partnership agreements is different. In any case, we receive a percentage of revenues or profits.
We make it affordable for you up front, then design it so we only get paid more as we help you make more money.
Our relationship and compensation are customized for your needs, goals, and budget.
Benefits
The benefits of a full partnership with KGaps are as follows:
- Full services. You get the full range of our knowledge and capabilities, which covers every aspect of Information Age marketing. This means that your marketing plan will be synchronized, coordinated, synergistic.
- Implementation/execution. We handle almost all aspects of implementation, depending on our customized agreement. We co-create a strategy and systems, then you turn everything over to us.
- Affordability. We charge much less up front than you would typically pay other firms for similar services. We only make more money if we help you make more money. This means that you don’t need a huge budget up front, and we essentially pay for ourselves because of the built-in incentive. If you pay us a lot of money, it’s because you’re making a lot more than you would have without us. We’re fully invested in your success; you don’t just pay for services, you pay for tangible results.
- Reduced risk, stress, and liability. Our contractual relationship means reduced liability and employee costs. In contrast to typical corporate marketing departments, our nimble and responsive business model means that projects are implemented, adjusted, and fine-tuned quickly.
Our Expertise & Capabilities
Our capabilities and expertise include the following:
- Lead generation & database management
- Content creation & copywriting, including radio scripts, books, e-books, brochures — anything you need
- Advertising
- Content marketing
- Email marketing
- Social/online media tools and strategies
- Blogging
- Website design & architecture
- Persuasion architecture & website analysis to increase conversion rates
- Video production
- Search engine optimization
- Pay-per-click campaigns
- Article directory marketing
- Affiliate marketing
- All forms of online marketing
Think of it this way: It would be almost impossible for you to find an employee with all of these capabilities. But if you did, you’d pay at least $5,000 per month to hire them. It’s more likely that you’d need a full team, in which case you’d be paying $10,000 or more.
But for as little as $500 per month, you get us to do as much as you need.
Do You Fit Our “Bus”?

“The executives who ignited the transformations from good to great did not first figure out where to drive the bus and then get people to take it there. No, they first got the right people on the bus…and then figured out where to drive it.” -Jim Collins in Good to Great
We’re looking for a few good companies with which we can build something great, something meaningful, something that makes a profound difference in the world.
You’re the perfect fit for our partnership model if you meet the following criteria:
1. Proven Economic Engine
Profitability is a prerequisite for sustainability. The greater the profits, the greater the potential for widespread impact and the more engaged the team is.
Is your product or service easily marketable? Does it meet actual market demand, or is it just wishful thinking? Has it already been proven, or is it just based on projections?
To have the impact we want to have, our goal is to take proven economic engines in their foundational stages, then explode them, developing them to their full potential and reach the widest market as possible.
2. Level 5 Leadership
This concept is from Good to Great (affiliate link), and it is defined as:
“Building enduring greatness through a paradoxical blend of personal humility and professional will.”
Ego-centric, selfish business owners and managers aren’t our cup of tea. We know what can be accomplished when team members don’t care who gets the credit as long as the shared goals are reached.
If you’re in it primarily for personal fame and glory, we don’t have room on our bus.
3. Thought Leadership
In today’s cluttered information environment, it’s not enough to just produce content and provide average products and services. To stand out and differentiate yourself requires that you be a thought leader in your field.
This means vision, innovation, credibility, a depth of knowledge, at times going against the grain of popular opinion, being a person and company that people look to for answers and direction.
It also requires articulation and widespread distribution of your ideas and insights. While we’re masters at these last two, we can’t make you a thought leader if you’re not one already.
4. Noble Purpose
Though making money is necessary, we view it as a means to greater ends, not the highest end.
Are you in it primarily for the money, or do you want to make a positive difference in people’s lives? Do you want to build and improve society, the environment, families, and communities? Does your business model exploit people, or make them better?
We want to dedicate our talents, knowledge, and time to making the world more free, peaceful, prosperous, and sustainable. Do you?
